Springtime Cabin and Cottage Rental Promotions April 9 - May 24

It's time to start planning a visit to West Virginia State Parks to enjoy springtime in the mountains of West Virginia. Take advantage of mid-week cabin and cottage getaways in the natural surroundings of your favorite state park or forest. Thirteen parks and forests are offering discounts Sunday through Thursday nights, beginning April 9 through May 24, 2007. Individual areas provide detail for each specific offer, or go online at www.wvstateparks.com , or call 1-800-CALL WVA.

When making reservations, guests should ask for the Springtime Mid-week Cabin or Cottage Promotion. Parks included in the springtime promotion with a two-night minimum include Babcock, Blackwater Falls, Bluestone, Cacapon Resort, Holly River, Lost River, North Bend, Twin Falls Resort, Tygart Lake and Watoga state parks and Greenbrier and Kumbrabow state forests. Beech Fork State Park requires a three-night minimum stay.
