Heiner Hertling art seminar at North Bend State Park Sept. 5-8CAIRO, W.Va. –Heiner Hertling, a talented multi-media artist and sculptor, will be presenting four days of art instruction at North Bend State Park September 5-8, 2012. “His discipline and craftsmanship, plus his enthusiastic, lighthearted nature, make him a nationally known teacher and mentor. His television series, ‘Your Brush with Nature,’ a plein air painting show, has given him a stage to share his knowledge internationally,” said Kitty Gorrell, seminar organizer. Hertling’s seminar at North Bend Park is part of an annual Homecoming Hues event held by Gorrell at North Bend State Park. The seminar presents the opportunity for this nationally known artist to share the elements and techniques of painting on location to students of all skill levels. North Bend State Park is near Cairo and is the host site for the Homecoming Hues four-day workshop.
