Got Talent? – Family Fun at Beech Fork State Park June 28

BARBOURSVILLE, West Virginia – Beech Fork State Park is giving performers a chance to show off their talents June 28, 2014. Singers, dancers, comedians or individuals and families with other special talents are welcome!

The acts must be appropriate for children, as this a family friendly event. Acts will have four minutes to perform in front of the visiting audience. Park prizes will be awarded.

The event is organized by Park Naturalist Melissa Cardina and performers must sign up by June 26 for a scheduled time in the talent show. Email beechforksp@wv.gov and put "Talent Show" in the subject line to begin the registration process.

Beech Fork State Park features 275-site campground, vacation cabins, and a large outdoor swimming pool. Picnicking and hiking are popular and the park is open year-round. Cardina is summer naturalist and intern who organizes a variety of activities for park visitors and the general public to enjoy. Learn more at www.beechforksp.com  or call 304-528-5794.
