Nationally renowned storyteller Bil Lepp onstage at Blackwater Falls State Park July 20

DAVIS, W.Va. — Bil Lepp, a nationally renowned storyteller and five-time West Virginia Liars’ Contest champion, will bring his outrageous and humorous tall tales to Blackwater Falls State Park for a free, family friendly performance July 20.
