Fishery |
Saltlick Pond Number 9 was drained in 2000 for dam repairs and subsequently restocked with largemouth bass, bluegill, and channel catfish. Angler success has been excellent for bass and sunfish, particularly during the spring. Several beaver lodges, located around the lake’s edge, provide excellent cover. During the summer, rooted aquatic weed growth is extensive, and the upper half of the lake is often completely covered by vegetation
