Tomlinson Run Lake is a 30-acre impoundment located on Tomlinson Run State Park 2 miles north of New Manchester in Hancock County. It is accessible from New Manchester by WV Route 8 to County Route 2/4.

Description |
The lake was built in 1945 with a maximum depth of 17 feet and an average depth of 4.5 feet. A concrete boat ramp is available and electric motors only are permitted. Night fishing is not permitted. Facilities for camping, picnicking, and swimming are available in the park. Rental boats are also available.

Fishery |
Tomlinson Run Lake provides good fishing for trout during the spring months, when trout are stocked once each month February through May. The warmwater fishery consists of largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie, and channel catfish. Angling for channel catfish is good during the summer months after adult fish are stocked each June.
