Rollins Lake is a 41-acre impoundment located 2 miles west of Ripley in Jackson County. It is accessible from I-77 by taking State Route 62 west 1.5 miles and then turning south on Route 87.

Description |
Constructed during 1956, this lake was in private ownership until 1987, when the Wildlife Resources Section of the DNR purchased the area. It has a maximum depth of 11 feet and an average depth of 6 feet. A paved road provides access to approximately half of the lake. A boat ramp is available and electric motors only are allowed. Live minnows cannot be used as bait and camping are prohibited.

Fishery |
Rollins Lake provides warmwater fishery for bluegill, largemouth bass, and channel catfish. The lake is stocked with trout once each month from January through April.
