Huey Run Lake is an 8-acre impoundment located 5 miles west of Mannington in Marion County. It is accessible from Mannington by County Route 1 and County Route 36.

Description |
The lake was constructed in 1970 with a maximum depth of 15 feet and an average depth of 9 feet. A concrete boat ramp is available for small boats. Electric motors only are allowed. A path around two-thirds of the lake provides bank fishing access. Swimming and camping are prohibited.

Fishery |
Huey Run Lake provides a warmwater fishery for largemouth bass, sunfish, channel catfish, and northern pike. Largemouth bass fishing is good during the spring, summer, and fall. Bluegill fishing is excellent using red worms. Trout are stocked twice a year in the spring.
