Larenim Park Lakes are located on Larenim Park in Mineral County, 3.2 miles north of Burlington and 1.8 miles south of Headsville, 0.7 of a mile off County Route 11.

Description |
These two impoundments totaling 7.4 acres were built in 1971. Lake No. 26 (4.3 acres) has a maximum depth of 17 feet and an average depth of 6 feet. Lake No. 27 (3.1 acres) has a maximum depth of 14 feet and an average depth of 6 feet. Boating and the use of live minnows as bait are allowed; however, gasoline motors and night fishing are prohibited. Pit toilets and picnic tables are located on the area and trailer camping (no hook-ups) as well as primitive sites for tents are available.

Fishery |
Larenim Lakes provide warmwater fishing opportunities for largemouth bass, bluegill, and channel catfish. These impoundments are stocked with trout once a month February through May each year.
