Notes:
- Specialty Licenses are issued only by Charleston DNR Office.
- Seniors shall carry Driver's Licenses or other approved state ID as proof of base privileges.
- Residents on active duty in the armed forces may hunt, trap or fish without a license while on leave or furlough, but must carry active duty ID and leave or furlough papers.
- must be 21 years of age to buy Pistol Stamp.
- Must be 12 years of age to boar hunt in WV.
- All special licenses include hunting, trapping and fishing privileges except DDFL.
- Class Q and Y permits must be accompanied by all Required licenses and stamps.
