    Notes:
  • Specialty Licenses are issued only by Charleston DNR Office.
  • Seniors shall carry Driver's Licenses or other approved state ID as proof of base privileges.
  • Military personnel must have entered service as a WV resident and must carry leave or Military ID, only active duty military personnel are eligible.
  • must be 21 years of age to buy Pistol Stamp.
  • Must be 12 years of age to boar hunt in WV.
  • All special licenses include hunting, trapping and fishing privileges except DDFL.
  • Class Q and Y permits must be accompanied by all Required licenses and stamps.
